National Accounts Statistics: Main Aggregates and Detailed Tables

Contains detailed national accounts estimates for most countries and areas of the world. The national data for each country and area are presented in separate chapters using uniform table headings and classifications recommended in the United Nations System of National Accounts 1993 (SNA 1993). A summary of the conceptual framework of the SNA 1993 and definitions of important terms are also included.

Data availability varies across countries and fiscal years as not all UN member countries are able to provide a complete set of data. Our data availability table systematically provides information on the availability of data for each country and yearbook table in our database. The data availability 2007 Yearbook table provides the information for the 12 year period covered by the yearbook.

The series numbers displayed in the publication refer to the published data series versions. A series note at the top of each table describes the characteristics of each series, i.e. the SNA system used in compilation, the currency, and the type of fiscal year.

Based on availability of official data, the following sequence of tables is displayed for each country or area:
