Description
Simplified time diary with 62 activities
pre-listed as rows and time-line in 15-minute increments
starting with 4am as column
Recording of simultaneous activities
Each pre-listed activity that occurs
in a given 15-minute interval is recorded by placing
an "x" in the corresponding cell. Simultaneous
activities are indicated by encircling the "x".

were covered: 5,834 persons from 1,787 households
in urban areas; 6,770 persons from 1,419 households
in rural areas
