28 September 2009 The Secretariat of UNRCC-AP, and the Executive Board of PCGIAP have agreed to make future meetings environmentally friendly as much as possible. In this regards, the 18th UNRCC-AP will be “paperless” to the extent possible. Participants are advised that all conference documents, including country reports and technical papers received before the opening of the Conference, will be posted on the website. It will be the responsibility of the participant to select and print his/her own copies of the papers of interest.Twenty bound sets of papers will be available in the Conference room as reference if delegates wish to look at them. Few copies can be reproduced at the meeting, upon request, but a whole pile of paper will not be made available to individual participants. Enough paper copies will be made available of: (i) the draft agenda and invited papers to be discussed on the first day and (ii) the draft resolutions to be adopted on the last day. Wi-Fi access wil be available. Due to a possible overload on the wi-fi system, participants are encouraged to download all documents prior to attending the conference.
