Country data only
These are data produced within country by national agencies,
most commonly by the national statistics institute, but also by relevant
line ministries such as health and education.
International data only
These are data produced by international agencies, such as UNICEF and WHO,
that are officially designated with responsibility for specific MDG
indicators. These agencies sometimes make adjustments to data collected
in country, in order to make them internationally comparable. This can
be a major source of differences between country and international data.
