Request: Is the transporation of truck trailers included in PCP V.1.1. 64223 or 64229? Should a reference to this service be explicity stated in some subclass?

Decision: TSG 02/02
It was noted that the shape/type of car is not the deciding factor, but the type of good being transported.
1. Add an inclusion to CPC V.1.1 64229 to read:
- transportation by railway of cars, trucks and truck trailers

2. Add an exclusion to CPC V.1.1 64229 to read:
- transportation by railway of passengers and their accompanying vehicles, cf. 64211
