The manufacture of chemical materials for atomic fission and fusion and the products of these processes are included. The manufacture of straight, mixed, compound and complex fertilizers and insecticides and germicides, and of synthetic resins, plastic materials and synthetic fibres, and of medicinal chemicals, are classified in group 3512, 3513 and 3522, respectively. Sulphuric, phosphoric and nitric acid plants which are operated in conjunction with fertilizer plants and can be separately reported are to be classified in this group.
