Explanatory note

Includes:
- Work activities as defined by the job. Working hours include usual hours (as prescribed by contract for employees or usual practice/schedule by self-employed), overtime hours (hours beyond the usual hours as prescribed by contract or usual work schedule) and extra hours (hours considered by person as neither usual nor overtime; for example, taking work home)
- Short breaks and interruptions from work such as: coffee break; waiting due to delays in work
- Participation in training and studies on official/paid time
