Preservation by other means such as drying, immersing in oil or in vinegar.
Processing of potatoes.
Manufacture of prepared meals of vegetables.
Manufacture of potato flour and meal.
Preservation of fruit and vegetables by canning.
Manufacture of jams, marmalades or jellies.

Exclusion: Manufacture of flour or meal of dried leguminous vegetables is classified in class 1531 (Manufacture of grain mill products).
