Classification uses
4 (a)Please state for which statistical purposes (surveys etc.) this classification is used and if there are users outside of the Statistical Office. Please indicate at which level the classification is used for data collection and for data publishing.The uses of CTEA-2010 for statistical purposes is mandatory. CTEA-2010 is the national standard and its uses to describe economic activity is also mandatory outside the statistical service. Data collection is made at the level of class and their publication at the level of section-division.
4 (b)Please give the names of institutions that use the classification for non-statistical purposes (as opposed to statistical purposes in question 4(a)). Also indicate the kind of use (e.g. tax offices, social security, customs, enterprise register, employment services, work permits etc.)For non-statistical purposes CTEA-2010 is used by the national customs service, registration service in charge of maintaining administrative register of legal persons and natural persons/entrepreneurs, social security services (pension fund and social insurance funds).
4 (c)Please indicate if alternative classifications are used by other institutions of the economy. Are these classifications available and useful for the Statistical Office?The alternative classifications are not available (see paragraph 4).

5 (g)Do conversion tables exist between the former and current classification?To get shifted to CTEA-2010, conversion tables CTEA-2005-CTEA-2010 and CTEA-2010-CTEA-2005 were prepared.
5 (h)When was the former classification implemented?CTEA-2005 was implemented on April 1, 2006.
5 (i)Are statistical data still collected or published according to the former classification? Please indicate if this statistical data is collected or published by the Statistical Office or elsewhere.According to Decree 457, the effect of CTEA-2005 will be finished on December 31, 2012. To this end, the recent data by CTEA-2205 are expected to be published in January 2013 using the results of annual surveys (apart from data on structural statistics).
