How to rate an existing article?

It is very easy to rate an article. Just select and click the corresponding article. All information available for the article (e.g. summary, tags, downloads, etc.) will be displayed. Next to the title of the article is a box with five white stars. To rate the article just move your mouse over the stars - they will change color. Once the desired number of stars have changed color left click with your mouse. The rating of the article goes up with the number of colored stars.

How to comment on an existing article?

It is very easy to comment on an article. Just select and click the corresponding article. All information available for the article (e.g. summary, tags, downloads, etc.) will be displayed. Below that information is a comment box where you can add your comments. You will also be asked to provide your name and email address. Once that is filled in just click the “Add Comments” button and you are all set. Should you have questions regarding the article someone will answer your question.

How to prepare documents for the Knowledgebase?

For each document the following information needs to be prepared before the document can be sent to be entered into the knowledgebase:

Document summary

The summary is the most important information provided for each document. It should be brief, but should also clearly indicate the content of the document. Based on the summary the user should be able to identify if the document contains the desired information.

Tags (search keywords)

The tags determine if the document will appear in the keyword search. There is no restriction in the number of tags assigned to each document, but only relevant tags should be assigned.
