Handbook for compiling supply balance sheets - wines (Eurostat 2002)

A new Handbook has been made for compiling supply balance sheets for wine which results from the new Commission Regulation No 1282/2001. Between other modifications, the new marketing year is one month earlier from 1st August to the 31 July with a 1999/2000 crop year for transition.
