Linking Social and Economic Statistics through the 1995 Revision...
Linking Social and Economic Statistics through the 1995 Revision of National Accounts and Labour Accounts - Netherlands (2000)
National accounts have a long tradition of publishing labour data. The
Labour accounts development in the late eighties, early nineties primarily
focused on the consistency within labour statistics at first. From the ESA
1995 revision onwards, National accounts and Labour accounts present
equal
employment
and compensation of employees figures. This not only
improved the linkage of economic to social statistics for users, but it also
has enlarged data quality check possibilities for both sides.
